Anti-Wrinkle.
Soften and smooth unwanted lines and wrinkles.
Treatment process
Botulinum Toxin Type A is the key ingredient in anti-wrinkle treatments, working to relax the muscles responsible for fine lines. A full consultation is required, as this is a prescribed treatment. Once administered, it softens muscle movement by interrupting nerve signals, creating a smoother appearance. As the body naturally regenerates these signals, results fade over time.
Before Your Appointment
Prior to your treatment, a full consultation will be carried out to ensure your suitability for the desired area. This is also an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns and guide you through the treatment process.
To help minimise the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oils for one week prior (please consult your medical practitioner first).
Please let us know before your appointment if you:
• Have an autoimmune disorder
• Are currently taking antibiotics
• Have a severe metabolic or systemic condition
• Regularly take anticoagulant medications
• Have Myasthenia Gravis or Eaton-Lambert syndrome
• Have any sensitivity to Botulinum Toxin Type A
• Have an active infection at the treatment site
• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
Post Treatment
For 48 hours following your appointment, avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area. Gentle cleansing and your usual skincare routine can continue, and mineral makeup may be applied unless advised otherwise.
Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, and saunas for 24 hours.
Some clients may experience a mild headache following treatment.
